So you woke up this morning and it was just another day…no worse
The housing market plunged deeper into despair last month, with sales of new homes plummeting to their lowest level in more than 12 years.
Wall Street finished an erratic week Friday after a Government report of a steep decline in new home sales stirred concerns that weakness in housing will continue to dog the economy.
Industry analysts are predicting a lackluster end to an already dismal year for automakers, likely the worst in nearly a decade.
Gas prices have risen over $3.00 a gallon and no sign of a swing back..
War in Iraq, situation in Iran deteriorating… Genocide in Darfur….Starvation in Haiti.. no rice… people eating dirt.
Put your newspaper down, take a deep breath… step outside….
Yep, its cold and bleak if you are lucky it is not raining or worse a freezing drizzle or you are looking at another hour of shoveling snow off the sidewalk.
How much worse can things get? Hang on guys I am going to take you on a journey…
Right now our planet is 94.5 million miles from the sun. Whew try that on for distance. In a few months you can knock 3 million miles off that distance and all kinds of things are going to happen. Yes things we take for granted, but this year you are going to see miracles!
Those 3 million miles difference are going to give warmth to our planet. Sap will start rising in the trees. Tulips, crocuses, daffodils will start pushing their way up through the warmed earth. Their buds will swell and burst with the joy of a new spring. The trees long cold and dead will come to life, their leaf buds turning from a dreary brown to a lovely garment of green. Song birds long gone, thrushes, finches, orioles, warblers and vireos will return on a pilgrimage to the North to awaken each day with a chorus of sheer joy.
