Leadership. Organization. Developing systems. I truly have to say that these have been some of the most important aspects to my success. Of course I put in a good two years of extremely hard work and the desire to teach myself the best techniques for marketing on the internet.
But let’s focus on leadership first. The most successful internet marketers, MLM and other business, are powerful leaders who know how to manage and motivate their teams. This is really based on the law of attraction. If you portray yourself as caring about your team and obtaining the knowledge to help them succeed (you actually have to have these aspects however) that people will automatically be draw to that energy and you will find more often than not people will be searching your team out and the work you have been used to putting in to drive people into your business or team will decrease drastically.
Also, a powerful leader inspires a powerful team, you want your team to do as well as possible. The duplication of your success in you down line is how you truly obtain success. (Two heads better than one? How about 200?)
Organization and developing systems. This is all about reducing your work load so you can concentrate on being a better leader. You want to develop systems to handle as many tasks as possible with you being the managing, motivating drive behind it. Customer service, key word research, page building, and SEO to name a few. Developing system is also going to refine your leadership skills by making you think more organized, drawing flow charts, directing employees, EXPANDING you business.
How many CEOs of major companies honestly spend time on customer service or search engine optimization? If you want to run an extremely profitable business you need to think like an extremely profitable business.
