Do you want instantaneous income that fizzles out quickly, or long term stability that leads to big time network marketing success? If you desire the latter, pay close attention. There are two critically important factors that must be present if long term stability and income is your desire.
You MUST attract the right type of prospects. Answer this question…is it more productive to keep following up with people who can’t make a decision and question every single aspect of the business, or would it be better to focus on attracting more and more leads? If you answered #2 you are correct. The only difference between huge network marketing success and quitting is finding a few good business builiders. Once you have done that, all of a sudden you are the next MLM success story.
But how do you do that? Simple, first you must persevere. If you are the type that gives up at the first sign of difficulty, you might as well not even join. But if you have a systemized approach to attract business builders, whether these people are slow growers or grow like shooting stars, your organization and financial stability will make you very happy. The second most important factor you MUST have is a system in place for your downline to follow. This system must be one that can be implemented easily (ie. duplicatable), and it must allow for your downline to have success without your constant attention. A system needs a systemized recruiting and retention component, as well as systemized training for all involved. Once you have this in place and a large enough organization, you can than sit back and enjoy your spoils.
