Network Marketing Myths - Four Network Marketing Myths Debunked

In my five years in the Network Marketing industry, I come across these same four Network Marketing myths over and over again. There are probably good reasons that these myths are perpetuated, but people who believe these myths are losing a lot of money for themselves and are wasting a lot of time. This article is intended to Debunk these Network Marketing Myths -
1. You can replace your full time income in 90 days - There are examples of people who make a full time income in 90 days, but these people typically come with a history of success in our industry or get extremely lucky. You should not expect to make a full time income for at least a year, and more realistically, you should not expect full time income for at least two or three years.
2. Only Desperate People get involved in Network Marketing - Almost everybody who joins my business has had success in their job or in other businesses. Successful people are always looking for new opportunities to improve themselves or make more money. Network Marketing is the outlet for so many of those people. I have found more times than not that the people who criticize my business have not found a lot of success for themselves in any arena. This is the biggest and most annoying Network Marketing Myth.
3. There is one best way to do the business - I am a huge fan of building my business using Web 2.0 methods. However, there are thousands of people in every company, are building using their warm market, the three foot rule or even cold calling. There is no one size fits all solution in building your business.
4. I can improve the system - This may seem to contradict the previous statement, but anybody who tries to improve a system or do something different than the system will eventually fail. Follow the system that your company established for ultimate success.
5. The Perfect Business Exists - There is no perfect business. There are hundreds of different business out there and like anything else; they all have their strengths and weaknesses.
Now that you are armed with this information, you should be better equipped to debunk some of the major Network Marketing myths.
