MLM and Leadership

The average person in any mlm only sponsors 1 to 3 people. Why is it that the majority only sponsor just a few people? The reason is always the same - LEADERSHIP. Without leadership in any mlm people will fail.
Think about this for a moment. If you have never done multi level marketing before, how do you know what to do? You don’t know how to succeed and all you know is that you have to sign people up to the program. That is the reason why people tell their family and friends, and from there they have difficulty finding and approaching anyone else.
What does this prove to us? When you sponsor somebody if they are not a seasoned mlm professional then THEY NEED HELP. Downlines fail if the upline do not help those below them. It is a fact that you must realize, that if you do not become a leader your downline will fail.
As a leader you will and must nuture some people and show them everything you do. Sometimes you will have found a diamond in the rough and once you show them how to do things they will be your best signup you have.
Your success depends upon you being a leader. A strong downline has an even stronger leader at the top. The stronger you become as a leader the better your downline becomes, and the more money you and your downline will make.
I have always suggested to people in the mlm industry that your downline is only as strong as you. Become the leader you must become to enjoy the benefits from being a multi level marketer.
