To be successful in your network marketing business means working hard, especially when you’re starting out, but it’s just as important to spend time rejuvenating. This means finding ways to renew your energy. It’s often when we ‘let go of things’ that we experience breakthroughs in our thinking.

It’s a good idea to schedule mini rejuvenation sessions throughout your day. Some people work for three hours and then take half an hour off to relax while others take ten minutes every hour. Do whatever suits you best. Try and spend at least one day a week doing something completely different to help you refresh yourself.Naturally it goes without saying that we should take regular vacations when possible too.

I find the best way to rejuvenate is to do something completely different from what I am currently doing. This allows me to disconnect from what I have been preoccupied with and just “breathe”. It can be something that takes as little as a few minutes or much longer.

Here are ten rejuvenation ideas to get you started:

1. Go for a long walk. Choose somewhere you have not been before and enjoy the change of scenery.

2. Play a game. Ideally do this with others but if you can’t there are plenty of solo games to be had.

3. Lie on the beach and enjoy the warmth of the sun, sound of the waves and smell of the sea air.

4. Get some friends together and go for a picnic.

5. Enjoy some yoga or go to the gym.

6. Have a good laugh!

7. Meditate or daydream for 20 minutes.

8. BREATHE in and out deeply ten times.

9. Find a great book and go to bed early.

10.Listen to some of your favorite music on your MP3 player.

The ways to rejuvenate are endless. You are the only one who can rejuvenate yourself so stop whatever you are doing and take a break! Marcus A. Baker
